Trouble after trouble..... Court seals Psquare's Omole home (Photos)

– Heavily armed policemen stormed the
Omole residence of Psquare on Friday
morning
– One half of the singing duo, Paul, denied
early reports of fire outbreak at their home
– All through this week, the brothers
were embroiled in a family feud on social
Media
Court officers at Sqaureville, Omole Phase 1,
Lagos
UPDATE:
The residence of singing duo PSquare was
sealed by sheriffs from the Lagos High Court
and FSARS on Friday, February 19.
The heavily armed officers stormed the
artists’ home, Squareville, located at Ojodu
Berger, very early in the morning with a
court order, based on allegations of fraud
filed against the duo, to seize the
property. When they were refused entry by
the gateman, the police forced their way in
injuring one of the security guards.
The injured guard.
While Naij.com was at the scene, one half of
the singing duo, Paul Okoye, was spotted
driving, unhindered, out of the compound. He
returned at about 11:10 a.m.
Speaking with witnesses, Naij.com gathered
that the Okoye brothers: Paul, Peter and
Jude, were paid over N8m in January to
perform at a show but failed to turn up.
Another source revealed that eight to nine
years ago PSquare was paid about N1m for
a show in Benin. The duo were at the venue
on the agreed date but the event was
postponed to the next day. The artists
refused to stay to perform and returned to
Lagos. The organizer of the show demanded
his money back but was not refunded
and ever since, the case has been in court.

When news broke of the police presence at
the singers’ home, some members of the
public speculated that it was in connection
with the ongoing feud among the brothers,
which has played out on social media since
the beginning of the week.
Meanwhile, Paul, on social media, asked
fans to ignore reports of a fire outbreak.
He said: “Please, ignore the rumours that our
house is on fire. People sha… GOD forbid,
there was a situation in our Neighborhood
early dis morning and our attention was
needed and my People called me as early as
5:00am. So I had to drive from island to
intervene.”

The brothers have been at loggerheads over
a planned change of management. Paul’s
twin, Peter, had gone on Twitter to accuse
their elder brother, producer and manager,
Jude, of mismanaging the group.
He warned that anyone who entered into
dealings with Jude in the name of PSquare
was doing so at their own risk. Jude, on the
other hand, tweeted at a concerned fan that
Peter was going through some issues and
needed prayers. Paul sided with their elder
brother, criticising his twin for taking the
‘family matter’ to the public space.
A reliable source, this morning, told Naij.com
that it was an ‘open secret’ that Squareville,
where the brothers all lived together and
owned, now belonged to just Paul and Jude.

Since New Year day Nigerian celebrities have
been going at each other with no chill or
reservation on social media. It has been a
drastic change. Before Nigerian celebrities all
sang ‘ kumbaya ‘, and held hands under the
mango tree. Now it’s Game of Thrones, every
man for himself.
January 2016 has been very hot! Below is a

list of the celebrity fights last month.
1. DAVIDO VS THE MOMODUS
The paternity battle between pop star Davido
and The Momodus started on December 31,
2015 but it spilled into the New Year. Davido
took shots at the mother of his child saying
she was unfit to be a mother and was
responsible for the traces of marijuana found
in his daughter. The Momodus on the other

saga will be heard about forever.

2. DAMMY KRANE VS WIZKID
In the month of beef and war pop act Dammy
Krane accused Wizkid of stealing his concepts
and songs. This was not the first time Dammy
Krane had accused a fellow artiste of jacking
from him. The issue between Wizkid and
Dammy Krane left Twitter and went all ‘ Hip
Hop & Gangsta’ when Wizkid allegedly
assaulted Dammy Krane at Quilox night club.
The Enterkraner came out of the scuffle with
a cut on his lip. at the residence of footballer
Obafemi Martins .

3. BLACKFACE VS WIZKID/2FACE
IDIBIA
Nigerian singer and Plantashun Boyz member
Blackface entered the ring and took part in
the all star celebrity fight. Blackface blasted
Wizkid and his former band member 2face on
Twitter for taking his songs without his
permission. These claims were coming after
the Wizkid/Dammy Krane brouhaha. While
Wizkid has ignored Blackface, 2face has said .

4. THE OLUMOFINS VS GBEMI
OLATERU-OLAGBEGI
The Nigerian celeb wars didn’t get any funnier
and realer than the clash between BEAT FM
on-air-personality Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi and
the Olumofin twins. Gbemi tweeted about
certain brothers who loved gate crashing
events. The Olumofin twins caught their sub
and went to Instagram to on the radio
presenter. Hands down this is likely to be one
of the celeb stories of 2016.

5. LOLO VS PRINCESS
This was on a one sided fight on social media.
Last month Wazobia OAP and comedian Lolo
1 dissed fellow female comedian Princess. .
Ouch!

6. SHIZZI VS TUNDE EDNUT
Hit producer Shizzi known for producing
Davido’s hit track ‘ Dami Duro ’ amongst others

song. It was promptly taken down.

7. CHIOMA AKPOTHA VS. UCHE
JUMBO, OMONI OBOLI, BLESSING EGBE,
UFUOMA MCDERMOTT
This was a brief spat in Nollywood. So Chioma

a shot, and the ladies in questions quickly
responded. The next day . Phew…and that’s
how a Nollywood female war was averted.

8. OLAMIDE VS DON JAZZY
Of course, should we say more. Everyone
knows what happened on the first day of the
year. The battle between the two record label
leaders later morphed into a battle between
the fans of the two labels, YBNL/Mavin and
awkwardly Mainland vs Island. Thankfully
stepped in.

9. WIZKID VS BINTA BLUE DIIALLO
Pop singer Wizkid has surely been in a lot of
trouble in January. Last month it was revealed
that Wizkid had allegedly fathered a child with
a Guinean woman named Binta Diamond
Diallo who stays in America. Despite the baby
boy being named after him Wizkid swiftly
denied fathering a child. Binta Diamond Diallo
fired back by saying that Wizkid is a dead
beat dad who has not seen his son. There has
been after that.

10. PETER OKOYE VS JUDE OKEYE
It has not been rosy on Twitter as peter complained about his manager brother JUDE lacking managerial skills. While jude on his part says peter needs serious prayers as hevis passing through alot of misfortune lately. Paul is silent all through this..... Lets hope for best or worse.

Brother vs Brother! Peter Okoye and Jude Okoye Go After Each Other On Twitter

The family saga continues, and it’s getting
messier. Shortly after Peter Okoye went to the
extreme step and slammed his brother Jude

In his tweets however, he took the higher road,
and told fans that Peter has been going through

I had to fall in because he (Lucas) was going deeper and deeper into our 18-yard box- mikel

– Mikel believes Chelsea are at an
advantage with the away goal
– Says he was disappointed his team lost
– PSG travel to Stamford Bridge on March 9
for the return leg
Super Eagles and Chelsea midfielder John
Mikel Obi is basking in the euphoria of his
Champions League goal at Paris Saint
Germaine (PSG), but disappointed this team
eventually lost the crucial first leg.
Chelsea’s John Obi Mikel, right, celebrates
with teammate Chelsea’s Gary Cahill after
scoring his side first goal during the
Champions League round of 16.
The Nigerian drew Chelsea level on the
stroke of half-time when he pounced on a
loose ball from a corner kick, and slotted the
ball home from close range to cancel
Ibrahimovic’s goal six minutes earlier
through a free kick off his leg.
Substitute Edinson Cavani later sealed the
winner for the home side, but Mikel believes
‘The Blues’ achieved their aim of getting an
away goal against the Ligue 1 champions
which is vital for the second-leg.
“I had to fall in because he (Lucas) was going
deeper and deeper into our 18-yard box,”
Mikel told BT Sport. “I had to, if not get the
ball, foul him, which I did. And then the free
kick as well just skipped off my feet and went
into the back of the net.
“But we came back strong as well, but we’re
very disappointed to have lost the game.
“We know they’re a very good team. Our aim
was to come out here and get a goal and
we’ve done that tonight. We still have the
second leg to play back home, so we have to
take that back home and capitalise on that and
make sure we build on that.”
PSG travel to Stamford Bridge on March 9
with a 2 – 1 lead, however Chelsea just need
a goal to defeat the French side.

Peter Okoye Of P-Square Blasts His Brother/Manager Jude Okoye, Cuts Him & Opt Out On Management Deal

Peter Okoye of P-Square has gone off like wild fire on twitter and it even got worse as he reiterated that their brother and Manager Jude Okoye‘s services is no longer needed. Jude Okoye has managed P-Square since their debut into the music industry.

Even though there had been rumors here and there that the famous twin duo have parted ways, Peter laid that to rest in his series of tweets. According to him, he has an issue with the management and not his twin brother, Paul.

The singer took to the micro-blogging site to put Jude on blast “”I Don’t Have A Problem With Paul But Our Management” he wrote. “Pls peter and Paul are Psquare not with Jude. Thanks.”

If you would recall, they survived a similar split scare in 2014 after the same issues which even made his manager and brother Jude not to attend Peter’s traditional wedding.
